Outstanding! I had stopped by on a weekend to just look around, since I have been thinking of buying my first new car. Jim was very attentive and showed me around the lot. Even though I told him I was just looking, he still helped me out and went out of his way to show me around. He asked what my interest were and took me on a test drive. I took the new XE for a drive and I knew then and there that I wanted the car. He went over with me the different price options and gave me all the info I needed if I ever decided to buy the car. The following weekend I showed up and bought the car. Being that it was my first car that I would be buying, Jim made the experience so much enjoyable and not frightening at all. He made sure that I was getting the car that I really wanted and was up and down the lot looking for what now is my first jaguar XE. I really enjoyed Jim and Crown Eurocars. Definitely made my first car buying experience enjoyable! More

I have worked with Tom Cammarata since '04 and I have such trust and respect for him as I know he will always look out for the safety of my family regarding the maintenance of the vehicle. It was time for me to make a transition and be turning in my present vehicle and I needed to make some decisions on the direction to take. Jim helped me in more ways than I can acknowledge in making this transition and as always he worked so hard doing it.
