Beyond Expectations Ron Krag exceeds all possible expectations of an auto salesperson. Last week he delivered the third vehicle in 3 plus years. The second to me and one Ron Krag exceeds all possible expectations of an auto salesperson. Last week he delivered the third vehicle in 3 plus years. The second to me and one I placed for my Mom. Every "i" is dotted...every "t"is crossed. I live in South Florida and Ron arranges delivery that's on time with an educator to teach operation & make me feel "in touch" with my vehicle. The fact that I adore my new fully loaded C300 is another story. Ron knew it would be that right car for me when I wanted a change. I could go on & on. While I never met Ron in person....I feel like I know him. As far as I'm concerned...the Crown Team is superb...and he is "The King"....in my book. More

They went to many dealerships prior to going to Crown Mercedes. They were very impressed with Mike. Once they did all their dirty work they returned home that afternoon with their decision in finding the perfect car for me. We all returned to the dealership and I met Mr Mouchett and did my test drive. I was very impressed with the car as well as how informative Mr. Mouchett was. He was nothing short of excellent. Perfect. Charlie Apple made it happen. I woke up to A leaking left rear tire. Certainly no way to start a day blew it up and went to crown Mercedes.
