Awesome car buying experience! I called here to check on a specific vehicle's availability. The receptionist forwarded me to Karl Peterson who confirmed the vehicle was available. W I called here to check on a specific vehicle's availability. The receptionist forwarded me to Karl Peterson who confirmed the vehicle was available. We were actually en route to the dealership when I called, and Karl said he'd be there when we arrived. Karl went on a test drive with us and explained all the features of the car. He's a very seasoned employee and really knows his stuff about Mercedes and the dealership. This was extremely helpful, and I appreciated his knowledge. I fell in love with the car, and he was great throughout the whole process- from the initial phone call to handing me the keys when it was time to drive home. All staff I encountered here were great.
