Chad ordered the tire that was needed (which was out of stock) and Charlie set a service appointment that coordinated with the tire's arrival at the dealership. Charlie also was outstanding with troubleshooting my tire warranty, which required some research as the car was just recently purchased. I must say, it was the best service and parts experience I've ever had at any dealership!
