Fix my brakes I called early on Monday morning and talked to my service director, Tom Camarata, and he took excellent care of me and my car. He was able to get me a I called early on Monday morning and talked to my service director, Tom Camarata, and he took excellent care of me and my car. He was able to get me a Mercedes loaner car for the day and had the car repaired by the end of the same working day whidh was super. He called when he said he would to let me know what was going on with the car and called again when it was finished. Same day out of shop as the same day in. Could not be any better than that, Mr. Camarata has been a pleasure to work with every single time I have had my car in for service. Give him a raise or give him a few paid days off or something to keep him as your employee. Good employees are extremely difficult to come by so it is best to keep them happy too ! More

Not expecting an answer until the next working day, I was pleasantly surprised when within few minutes I received a text on a late Sunday evening.After briefly explaining what I was looking for, Zoltan texted back saying please give me a chance to help you find what you REALLY like and you won’t regret it. Somehow I knew that it would be worth it the longer drive and the extra time. Day after, on Monday I drove the extra way to his dealership and this was the best decision I made.Zoltan patiently and kindly spent hours listening again what I really wanted. He showed car after car with different options and colors. I felt comfortable and by no mans or way pushed or pressed by him to make a quick decision. His selling technique is amazing, I felt like talking to a long known friend that has my best interest in mind helping me to make the best purchase.
