Poor first impression I recently purchased a brand new special order Mercedes and was pleased with the Crown sales team. However, I had to go to the service dept. to replac I recently purchased a brand new special order Mercedes and was pleased with the Crown sales team. However, I had to go to the service dept. to replace a broken license plate holder. I don’t know if it was broken when I originally picked it up or when i tried to put a new holder on myself. Regardless of how or who broke it, the service advisor, Susan Cardoso informed me that I had to pay 78.00 for a new holder. I asked her why did I have to pay for it, and she told me because the holder wasn’t broken at the time I picked up my car. I don’t know that to be factual. I have barely had the car a month, and after giving Crown 81,000.00 cash, I felt insulted for Susan to ask me for money, and then accusing me of breaking the holder. Willie Edmonds did straighten out the situation and I should be receiving a replacement at no charge. I am extremely upset with a dealership that sells such classy cars, employs a woman like Susan Cardoso whom has no class. More

Overall a good experience We started shopping for my car a couple months ago, we were greeted with a very nice sales man named Anthony Diamond. Even though I wasn’t ready to bu We started shopping for my car a couple months ago, we were greeted with a very nice sales man named Anthony Diamond. Even though I wasn’t ready to buy just yet Tony would continue to check in with me and even ask about my new home purchase on a more personal level. I thought it was really awesome he remembered Certain things I told him when in the dealership. When we went back to actually buy only was not there so we dealt with Larry Chapman. Larry was pretty great and very informative. It was very easy to be honest with him about my thoughts on different things. My overall experience was great but I did have one issue after my purchase towards the end where Larry was supposed to show us the service department before we left. What’s my car was finished Being detailed we were greeted by another employee and was told Larry was too busy to say goodbye and we were sent on our way. I was very disappointed. We were never shown the service department and kind of shoved out the door. More
