5 Stars out of 5 If I could give Zoltan Krempaszky 100 out of Five Stars, I would. I have had the pleasure of buying from Crown Eurocars-Mercedes since 2009. My last 3 Mercedes have been acquired with out of Five Stars, I would. I have had the pleasure of buying from Crown Eurocars-Mercedes since 2009. My last 3 Mercedes have been acquired with the concierge, high level service provided by Zoltan Krempaszky. He is professional, client-focused and makes the buying process seamless. My recent purchase on Saturday was for my dream car (for 30 years); a Maybach GLS 600. My decision to purchase the Maybach is 100% due to Zoltan and his unbelievable focus on the client needs/concerns and making the deal work for both parties. Everything was completed via email or phone. I did not arrive at the dealership until the purchase agreement was signature-ready. They had “her” (yes she has a name) in the showroom with a bow on the hood. My family was extremely impressed with our welcome and the service of Zoltan K and his team. There’s a reason he’s been a top salesman for the past decade. The entire team —Zoltan Krempaszky Michael Niezbecki Rob Wilson Tony Cintron Nicole Q and Mike Martin were incredible. I’m still on cloud nine and very grateful to you, Zoltan. More
Zoltan Krempaszky has assisted with many of our car purchases but went out of his way to ensure a smooth purchase of the vehicle I’ve wanted since I first saw it! Unfortunate Service Experience. On 2/10/24 I made an appointment to repair or replace a tire (with a screw) I purchased from them (still under warranty) a few months earlier with a On 2/10/24 I made an appointment to repair or replace a tire (with a screw) I purchased from them (still under warranty) a few months earlier with a service that I paid over $6k. We were promised then by the salesman that any issues with the tire under warranty would be fully covered by the dealership. However, on my recent visit - Michael who was very rude with me from the onset of my visit: he was upset that I stood outside by my vehicle waiting for a tech like the customer before me did, he was upset when he questioned whether or not I made an appointment, accused me of lying because he could not find my appointment, with a chip on his shoulder he questioned the types of tires and where I bought them from. When he saw in his computer I bought them from the dealership and they were under warranty, he immediately said we need to replace the tire and it would cost me money even though it was under warranty AND BEFORE HE EVEN LOOKED AT THE TIRE! Later, after about 30-45 min he approached me in the waiting area and demanded payment to simply mount the tire. I told him how we were told there would be no cost to us. He would not listen. Nor could we speak with any manager. We are repeat Mercedes-Benz (MB) customers who have purchased four MB vehicles in 10 years. We are MB brand loyal customers. We have spent a lot in multiple services over the years and I am very upset with how I was treated, how Michael spoke to me, and how the service department was not living up to their previous word. I expect more from a Mercedes Benz luxury car dealership and will now reconsider making any future purchases from the brand and especially this Crown-owned dealership that does not fulfill the promises made to customers over a trivial fee. I will pass this experience on to MB as well. More
My experience with Neville Barnett and Crown was excellent. I had concierge service made buying a car a delight. Writing the check was the only difficult part.
