After shopping around with no luck and not getting the experience we wanted, we were doubtful that we would be purchasing an SUV anytime soon. That all changed when we meet Bianca Presti. We had an intention of purchasing an Audi Q5 and didn't even consider a Mercedes until I was able witness the customer experience Bianca provided to my mother in law, who purchased a Mercedes the day prior. Not only was the Mercedes everything we wanted, the overall customer experience Bianca provided sealed the deal for us. She went above and beyond throughout the entire buying process. At no point did we feel the usual stress of buying a vehicle. It all felt easy. Bianca changed our entire way of thinking how we purchase cars. Out of State in Need of Repair Not having access to your "go to" repair shop when 600 miles from home can be a little daunting. I was fortunate to connect on the phone with Ryan Yeo Not having access to your "go to" repair shop when 600 miles from home can be a little daunting. I was fortunate to connect on the phone with Ryan Yeomans at Crown Mercedes. Two hours later I was at their location whereby he had my vehicle in the shop soon afterwards. He kept me apprised of what was needed, the repair was made, the car was washed and vacuumed and I was soon on my way. Many thanks Ryan. More

Straightforward, honest , reasonable I've a couple of older AMG cars, so spend some time at Crown for parts and sometimes service. Last service visit for a non-functioning passenger seat I've a couple of older AMG cars, so spend some time at Crown for parts and sometimes service. Last service visit for a non-functioning passenger seat in a 2002 CLK55 was handled by Ryan Yeomans. Though the estimate that came back from service after diagnosis was high in my opinion, it was reasonable given the nature of the challenge. If you want to drive one of these things, expect some bad news occasionally, right? Ryan explained clearly the rationale behind the estimate. I knew what was wrong and what needed done and his explanation was pinpoint. I elected to do it myself (ugh) and he politely warned me of some specifics of this type repair...with a wry grin. He knew I had elected to punish myself and would probably regret not letting them do the work, but respected completely my decision. Clearly a guy who knows how to play the long game. Crown will win with folks like this fronting the operation. Would like to add that I've had NUMEROUS visits to the part department and all have been top-notch. Again, the numbers aren't always pretty, but that is the nature of this beast. More
