I was contemplating purchasing a different brand. but I have been a Crown Eurocars member for about 15 years, The customer service has been top notch. I was contemplating purchasing a different brand. but when I weighing the way crown has made us feel in the past in comparison to other service departments or dealerships, we decided to stick with Crown. I was I bit hesitant about having a new sales rep since I have only dealt with only one sales rep in the past who is no longer there. When we Met with Zoltan, we were more than impressed, he went well beyond the call of duty to take care of us, answer every question, address every issue, The level of service and care was beyond what I was used to and what I had expected. There was no pressure in the sales aspect of the vehicle. I am more than impressed. Thank you for such a great experience. Zolton is an amazing component of your organization. It is like people like him, Tom Cammarata and Carl Peterson who is no longer there that keep me coming back for so many years. You guys are the best. Marc Israel was amazing. Unexpected Visit/Service C250 We were on our was to St. Petersburg when involved in an accident. Needless to say, when our car arrived at Crown Mercedes we were still fairly shook We were on our was to St. Petersburg when involved in an accident. Needless to say, when our car arrived at Crown Mercedes we were still fairly shook up. Charlie Apple took control of the auto situation and helped us secure and retrieve a rental car. Within 3 days the mechanical repairs were complete and we were able to pick up the car. I cannot say enough about Charlie’s calm and reassuring demeanor.
