I do not feel I have to delete my review, I wasted hours and hours for weeks chasing and still feel if I never posted this review then I would still be chasing. I explained each time I desperately needed the receipt for my taxes and were forced to file them after the deadline as no-one would get back to me. I selected a person I worked with, that was the issue I spoke to 6 different people and no-one got me the sales receipt. It was a simple request for someone who spent a large sum and never took a second of your time in the showroom I do not feel I am being unreasonable or that I have to take down my review. Hopefully the next guest will get call backs or people actually follow-up and service people who brought from you before. "Purchased a $75,000 car, did not take any of their time and meet half way, gave funds and got car. when I got home found I did not have a copy of my purchase agreement. I've called each day last 10 days and several other times since November, I get promises I will get a copy of my purchase agreement and nothing. So disappointing that after sale they simply do not care, pass you around departments, you leave voicemails with Finance Manager and told will be emailed to you and nothing. Got to waste hours of my time chasing a simple piece of paperwork, supposed to be a high end store but clearly do not care once they sold you the car." More
