Easiest Car Buying Experience I've Had After finding the car I wanted, I emailed the dealer for someone to get in contact with me. That someone was Zoltan Krempaszky. Zoltan led the deal from start to finish even assisting with some post closing details which is a big deal. Usually once the deal is done, you're on your own. Not with Zoltan. I asked who to reach out to for help and he said "don't worry, Ill handle it" and he 100% did. Zoltan exceeded my expectations and if I purchased from this dealership again, I would go directly to him. He was professional, kind and was very punctual with communication and updates. More

Bad bad bad experience...Long story short, they sold Bad bad bad experience... Long story short, they sold the car after loan was secured, contract signed and deposit put on the car. Shelly didn't pick up the phone for two days, and then when she did she rest assured me that the car is in the sold lot, just to get an email from the finance 20 min later to tell me that the car was sold. The whole experience was just frustrating and ridiculous. Now I have a loan, but no car. I felt disrespected, lied and insulted, not to say that I lost a lot of time and money. More
