Crown Eurocars total commitment to professionalism and quality customer services is to be commended. No question, our sales person, Sameh Youssef, "made the day.” He arranged the GLE's arrival as a surprise for Bergen with a huge, red ribbon draped over the car, a plaque with our names on it, and assisted our quick processing through the financing phase. Through multiple trips to the dealership and phones calls, Sam was outstanding. Neither my wife nor I are easy people to please; have bought many vehicles during the past 50 years, with most of those experiences having not been good for me or the dealership. The Crown experience has been the rare exception. Now our true struggle begins, trying to functionally learn & understand the enormous number of safety & comfort features of our new "starship." With the conintued assistance of Tony Cintron and Sameh Youssef's we will get there. Thanks Crown. Hoping the service department is half as courtesy & professional as was their sales team. After spending several days shopping for a car, both locally and the area 1 hour drive around us I found a potential one 50 minutes away and called the dealer.
