We were very happy with the process and he kept us informed throughout. He and Marc got us all the information and answers to our questions regarding our decision to buy or lease, and to which warranty items were best for us. Tony the tech guy went through and showed us how to use all the fancy tech in the car and gave us his card in case we want to schedule another lesson after we have been driving it for a while. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received. More

Poor customer service when it comes to the service department. Details on parts were given a week prior to the service date, car was not repaired and I had to call to find out the status of the repair department.
