Ty Ramsey is the main reason I have all my cars serviced at Crown. Ty is the only reason I bought my new 2010 Dodge Challenger at Crown. As a woman, I appreciate a person in his capacity helping and guiding honestly not taking advantage of (as most businesses tend to do). Regarding the 2010 Dodge Challenger---he helped and answered my questions honestly when I couldn't find such in a salesman. Crown Service has always taken great care of all of our cars for nearly 20 years, from our 1994 LHS, '98 Concorde, '01 300M, three Town & Country minivans, '05 Pacifica, and our two present rides, our (show-quality) '05 PT Cruiser Turbo Convertible and our newest, a 2009 Dodge Journey. Since Ty joined Crown several years ago, we've used his service team exclusively. Ty is always on top of things, very proactive and ALWAYS follows through, exceeding our expectations. Although he personally takes care of many customers each day, he always makes us feel as though he only has our service visit to take care of. We have NEVER had a disappointing experience! We wouldn't think of letting anyone else but Crown Service touch our cars, whether it's for an oil change and safety check-up or major work like a brake job or advanced trouble-shooting. We've even bought new tires at Crown; their prices are very competitive. Their staff of mechanics is very mature and many of them have been with Crown for some time and they always recognize and greet us with a smile. In summary, the Chrysler product line fully meets our needs and we have always chosen one of their products, even after doing considerable research and comparison shopping. Brought my 2009 Jeep Wrangler in due to a fraying seatbelt strap and a leaking axle seal. Ty contact me to let me know both front seals were leaking rather than just the right front and that they'd seatbelt strap and a leaking axle seal. My family and I am a long time Dodge owner. I have been to many of the Columbus dealers for service. My primary dealer recently closed down. My vehicle broke down and was towed into Crown. TY then took over with my repair needs. My car was repaired that day and even cleaned when I picked it up. This dealer was light years ahead of any other repair shop I have been to.
