Ty has always been a pleasure to work with in the serivce department, he is extremely knowledgeable,friendly and communicates very well. On my recent visit to the service deptartment there were two things th department, he is extremely knowledgeable,friendly and communicates very well. On my recent visit to the service deptartment there were two things that had to be taken care of and he explained exaclty what needed to be replaced and when the parts would be avalaible. He has also been very helpful getting information for me on pricing for accessories that are avaliable for my 2013 Dodge Ram. I would highly recommend him!!! More

I recently had a problem with my Chrysler Aspen over the weekend. I have taken my Jeeps here for over 15 years and always had a wonderful experience. The reasons why I only bring my car to Crown for all my needs is because of the of the service and sales teams are profe had a wonderful experience. Even when Waiting on my car this last visit 3 different employees walked by and asked if I wanted coffee or popcorn in addition to greeting me. In the service department I usually get Mark Nelson which is nice because he knows me; however I in the time I have been taking my car to crown I have been taken care of by most everyone and the entire team is wonderful. When the occasional car issue has come up I was never given an excuse nor did they treat me like I was inventing the problem; like other dealers I have been to. They treat every issue as just that and take the time after the issue is resolved to explain it in terms that I am familiar with. I would never consider taking my car anywhere else. More
