After several issues with my (2011) vehicle over the past four months I have become quite discouraged with the manufacturer and their ability to put reliable vehicles on the road. With that being my sole opinion, I have to say that the challenges from this vehicle have in large part been overshadowed by this dealership and the amazing service staff. I (unfortunately) have had the honor of working with and around just about all of these individuals and all of them are consistently solid regarding customer service, communication, reliability and proactive updating. While I am very disgruntled with the manufacturer, I am feeling much better about this dealership and the service staff...They have taking a rotten series of circumstances and managed to turn them into a positive experience. If anyone is putting stock in the dealership they work with when making a large purchase I strongly urge you all to consider "Crown" as they truly go above and beyond for clients....A very special thank you to Dustin Litteral for his professionalism and courteous service towards my situation(s). I drive to Crown to have my car serviced - that’s a significant statement, as it’s approximately 40 miles each direction… and I drive right past 3 other Dodge dealers on my way. Ty Ramsey, my Service Manager in the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership. Ty is friendly, amicable and helpful. He is consistently attentive and quick to return a call or e-mail when I have a question. When updates are needed, I do not have to make any inquiries – he is quick to send me an e-mail or call with updates on the status of my vehicle when it is in his care. As someone who manages people in a customer-focused business, I can tell you how rare people like Ty are. I wish I had a whole team of people who care as much about their customers as Ty cares about his. Crown Jeep is second to none. We purchased my Jeep Wrangler there and we have all of the service done there as well. When I leave the dealership, I always have a smile on my face.
