This visit was easy to schedule, and service rep Brittaney Sturgill was ready with my service order when I arrived & checked for any recalls pertaining to my vehicle. Brittaney was very helpful & my service for oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection was completed in less than an hour. I chose to wait in the lobby, however, they offer a shuttle service if you need to be on your way. Very pleased, couldn't ask for more! More

Taken care of Brittney at Crown Chrysler was awesome! She loaned me a loaner car and kept me up to date every time something was going on with my vehicle. She went above and beyond to ensure the right thing was actually being fixed. Originally they thought it was an oil pan leak but with her further investigation she found out it wasn't. Oil change and Tire rotation Had the first oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee today. I waited this time instead of leaving it and picking it up after work.
