Chrysler recall fix/routine maintenance visit I was planning to take my Chrysler 200c to Crown for a factory recall fix when I found their on line maintenance coupons. The coupons were for 2 serv I was planning to take my Chrysler 200c to Crown for a factory recall fix when I found their on line maintenance coupons. The coupons were for 2 services that were due on my car so I made an appointment for all 3 items. Josh Ward explained the recall fix very clearly and told me that with the other services, my wait would only be about 90 minutes. I took a seat in the waiting area which, by the way, has free coffee and popcorn and wi-fi. On the showroom floor was a Dodge Challenger Hellcat - 700+ HP supercharged Hemi V-8 capable of 0-60mph in less than 4 seconds! Can you tell that I grew up in the muscle car era? Strike 2.....Will never buy a car from this group again! My "fun" car is turning into a customer service nightmare! First time for new car "stuff" left it there for 2 weeks and still not done. Spoke to Sales My "fun" car is turning into a customer service nightmare! First time for new car "stuff" left it there for 2 weeks and still not done. Spoke to Sales Manager who assured me it wouldn't happen again. He even offered to fill car with gas next service trip without being asked. So second service this time to finish original job and an oil change.....oil changed and charged for it but their original service obligation NOT DONE AGAIN. No call from anyone letting us know it wasn't done and surprise, surprise no gas that was offered to soothe the earlier wounds. So much for fun.....never again! Stay clear! More
