Mark Nelson is top-notch! Mark quickly handled my check-in and kept me informed as to the reports from his service technician. Unfortunately the problem with the car could not Mark quickly handled my check-in and kept me informed as to the reports from his service technician. Service Dept. - Change of attitude I have had good and bad experiences at the service dept.-mostly bad-the Manager of Crown has helped twice before. Ty Ramsey is new to my service pro I have had good and bad experiences at the service dept.-mostly bad-the Manager of Crown has helped twice before. Ty Ramsey is new to my service problems. However, recently there is hope-Ty Ramsey really cares about your customers and has made a great effort to help with my car which seems to always have (not so common) problems. Routine Maintenance @ Crown Chrysler Jeep - 5 Stars I've purchased my last two Jeep vehicles at Crown Chrysler Jeep and have gone nowhere else for all my service work. The reasons are quality and depend I've purchased my last two Jeep vehicles at Crown Chrysler Jeep and have gone nowhere else for all my service work. The reasons are quality and dependability - and also the Service Agent I always work with - Ty Ramsey. Ty is always honest and takes the time to explain to me what's been done with my vehicles as well as alerting and talking with me about upcoming recommended service options. Ty doesn't try to sell me what doesn't need to be done. He was also extremely helpful with my earlier Jeep Liberty whose OEM trailer hitch was damaged in a rear-end collision and required replacement. Ty answered all my questions and provided his recommendations as I coordinated the repair work done by an independent repair shop. Keep up the great work Ty, and kudos to the Crown Chrysler Jeep dealership team as a whole. More

Excellent Service! Although I live within 10 mins of another Jeep dealership, I drive 35 miles to come to Crown. I love that you can make an appt for an oil change, whi Although I live within 10 mins of another Jeep dealership, I drive 35 miles to come to Crown. I love that you can make an appt for an oil change, which my other dealership would not do, so it was first come, first serve and at least 2 hours! I am in and out of Crown in about 45 mins. Dustin Litteral was my Service Manager and was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and Dustin! More
