Service I took my car in to get fixed originally for a recalled part. My Jeep ironically was undriveable the same week as my appointment. He jumped through hoops to get my car repaired, and even got my warranty extended. Can’t thank him enough for everything he did. Really appreciate the awesome service. More

Nothing but great things to say I bought my truck in North Carolina and recently moved back to Ohio. Almost as soon as I moved back, I had a fuel pump problem and had to choose a dea I bought my truck in North Carolina and recently moved back to Ohio. Almost as soon as I moved back, I had a fuel pump problem and had to choose a dealer to work with. I'm so glad I chose Crown. I worked with Mark Nelson as my service writer. He treated me with respect and efficiency from the moment I walked in the door. The repair went smoothly and was covered under warranty. I dropped my truck off the night before, although my appointment was for the next day at 2:30. At 2:00 they called me and told me it was ready to be picked up. As a single woman with one vehicle, I also REALLY appreciated the shuttle service. Crown is definitely my dealership of choice at this point, based solely on the service team. More
