In last week My husband and I have both been to this location on 2 separate occasions each. No one greeted us or asked what we needed when walking into the serv My husband and I have both been to this location on 2 separate occasions each. No one greeted us or asked what we needed when walking into the service area. Everyone just walked past us even when asked apparently only one person could help (Brittaney). My check engine light came on after a loud bang in my car they “fixed” it by doing my updates but promptly told me it may come back on again. So they didn’t fix anything they just rebooted my car. They didn’t have any loaner cars available. Even when I called to get it checked out again a week later for the same issue. They couldn’t tell me when they could give me a rental and told me that their shuttle drivers don’t work when I need to be at work. They made no effort to hold a rental car for me which was in their power to do so as I found out from another dodge dealership. Poor service resulting is wasting my time. This issue could have been solved the first time. More

Drivers window came off track during a snow storm I have a brand new ram 1500- 5500 miles on it As I was driving in extremely cold weather the drivers window suddenly fell into the door The service I have a brand new ram 1500- 5500 miles on it As I was driving in extremely cold weather the drivers window suddenly fell into the door The service department promptly got me in on a busy Monday morning and had me out the door very fast.
