Wonderful service experience I recently needed to take my Rubicon in for service and had the opportunity to work with Brittany Sturgill for the first time. I was very impressed with her over all knowledge, her willingness to do some investigation work into a recall notice for me and her organization skills. She followed up with me via phone to inform me of her findings and then followed up to make my service experience was excellent. Ty Ramsey Great experience! After not hearing from the dealer all day, I finally called in to check toward the end of the day. To my surprise, they could not lo Great experience! After not hearing from the dealer all day, I finally called in to check toward the end of the day. To my surprise, they could not locate my vehicle. Ty Ramsey immediately took action to resolve this issue. He located my vehicle in a matter of minutes. It turned out I’d dropped it off at the Kia lot next door. I had obviously missed my appointment. Ty offered to keep my vehicle to perform service the next day. I received a call before noon the next day! Pick up was easy and quick. I will definitely return. nice people I brought my commander in for maintenance. I had a list of items for Dustin. He wrote it up and gave an estimate. I realized after getting home i didn't get the radiator flushed as requested and I didnt receive the paperwork for the 74 point inspection they said they did.
