Customer Service Brittaney was my service manager on last Friday when I went to Crown Chrysler to get an oil change. The person who gave me the original appointment Brittaney was my service manager on last Friday when I went to Crown Chrysler to get an oil change. The person who gave me the original appointment had sent me to the wrong dealership to Kia when I needed to be at the Chrysler products.
