Service issues I am very dissatisfied with the service I’ve been provided thus far. My car is just about brand new, and started having electrical issues. I made an a I am very dissatisfied with the service I’ve been provided thus far. My car is just about brand new, and started having electrical issues. I made an appointment for the next day, I called them just to make sure it was ok to drive it there because lights where on and it was acting funky. They told me not to drive it, told me they would tow it out there and get started on it. So the tow truck shows up and the tow truck driver wouldn’t tow it because he said that my car was driveable and the dealership was just jerking me around. I called the dealership back to see what I should do next and no one ever called me back. So I showed up the next day for my appointment and I pull into the service area and not one person walks over to greet me or see if I needed help. I sat there for a few minutes and watched all these men just wander around talking... and when I finally got out of my car someone nonchalantly walked over and told me the power was out. The power had been out for 30 minutes and they said it would be 3-6 hours before it came back on. I was upset, I said why didn’t you call me and let me know the power was out? Why did you let me drive all the way here with my 3 small kids in the car, in the car that is having issues... to tell me I need to reschedule. I was like you need to look at my car before I leave. So they acted concerned for a few minutes and the power came back on. They said your in luck we may be able to look at your car. So we went and sat down inside and then after about an hour Quintin, the man “helping” us came back and said their program that finds the issues wasn’t working... so I should reschedule. Again I refused because I wasn’t driving my kids home in that car until they knew it was safe. I was already upset I had to drive it there. Two more hours go by and he tells me that they are giving me a courtesy vehicle because my car isn’t safe to drive and they have it apart and won’t be able to finish it before they close. I said that’s fine, at that point I was really irritated and my kids were irritated and I just wanted to be done. So he pulls this vehicle around and it’s a tiny Jeep Cherokee. I have 2 large car seats and a booster seat.... I looked at Quintin and I said that’s not going to fit my car seats, I brought in a mini van because I need a vehicle that’s fits my kids seats. He was like well this is all we have, they will fit. I go and sweat my @ss off trying to get all the seats in and they don’t fit. So I go back to Quintin and I tell him the car seats don’t fit. He looks at me and says that’s all we have, your van isn’t safe to drive, but I can’t hold you hostage what do you want me to do? I said I want you to give me a comparable vehicle so I can drive my kids home safely. I was like how can I get them home safe if their seats don’t fit?! He told me it was against the law for him to secure the car seats in the car for me. That I had to do it. Well since I couldn’t physically get them in myself he came out and smashed them in for me. You could hardly close the doors. He had to have my son get in his booster seat and buckle the seat belt for him so he could smash in the other car seat. He tells me that they will have my car fixed by tomorrow (which is now today) so I was like fine... it’s one night. I will figure this out. So today I call the dealership to check on my car because I have heard nothing. Quintin isn’t there he left early. So somebody else helps me, and he tells me that they had to order a part, and the part is going to be there tomorrow.... so I said well my youngest daughter has speech therapy tomorrow morning and I don’t feel comfortable getting my kids in the car you gave me and driving them across town. I can’t get my son in and out properly. The doors barely close, can you please give me a larger vehicle? Again he tells me that’s all they have and that if someone happens to drop something else off then they might be able to hold it for me.... I am furious. This is how they treat their customers? I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to shop at this dealership. More

Dustin does an excellent job & I have been in for service particularly with my 2012 & 2015 Chrysler Town & Country's, assigned to Dustin. I know the top sentence is confusing & it wouldn't let me back up to correct. Was trying to say that I wasn't sure if my previous review of Dustin went through so decided to make sure. She would also provide updates, often. I had to reschedule my appointment many times, she was always very understanding. Most would've shown annoyance, but not Brittaney.
