Great service! I had an appointment for an oil change recently. Check-in was easy and they started on my car immediately. Dustin Litteral took care of me, reviewed w I had an appointment for an oil change recently. Check-in was easy and they started on my car immediately. Dustin Litteral took care of me, reviewed what was going to be done and all costs and informed me that my car had two recalls. He gave me the option for them to be taken care of same day so I didn’t have to come back! He and the service men were very timely. I was told it would take 2 hours and it ended up taking an hour and fifteen minutes! Overall, I was very pleased with my service experience at Crown. More
