Ram Service While I have been more than satisfied with my interaction with the sales and service personnel I am not as pleased with the actual service performed o While I have been more than satisfied with my interaction with the sales and service personnel I am not as pleased with the actual service performed on my 2019 Ram 1500. My Ram was purchased January 2019. My radio did not work correctly when purchased and the problem was not corrected until May 2019. I just took it back for squeaking brakes and they were unable to correct the squeak. I don’t believe I will be returning to have my vehicle serviced at this location. More

Great, No xx Service I walked in without an appointment to the dealer and Josh, once finished with the customer at his desk promptly greeted me and asked what he could do I walked in without an appointment to the dealer and Josh, once finished with the customer at his desk promptly greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I actually had 2 vehicles due for service at the time and inspections needing done on one of them. He was very up front about everything, gave me what the recommended intervals for service are for the factory recommends for each vehicle, and let me know what was probable on each to be found. He was very thorough in checking on things and consistent in keeping me updated on both vehicles statuses. He himself was well versed in the mechanics of everything so could explain things very well. Excellent staff member. More
