Tyler Ramsey is phenomenal! Get service at Crown in Dublin! I took my car to a local service repair shop and had a terrible experience! What started out as a starter replacement became a clutch replacement, tra I took my car to a local service repair shop and had a terrible experience! What started out as a starter replacement became a clutch replacement, transmission replacement, and a couple smaller adjustments! I decided to move the car to the Crown Chrysler Dealership in Dublin, Ohio for a second opinion. I made the mistake of have another service center repair my clutch a year earlier and they reused some of the threaded bolts. The result was that the bolts exploded off the pressure plate and shot a hole in the transmission, landing in the transmission and ruining it. Ty called the previous service center and discussed the issue with them, when I informed him that I had a warrantee for the repaired clutch. Ty went above and beyond! He made sure that my car got fixed in a timely manner. He made sure that I got the best quality parts. He was helpful in explaining which replacements would be necessary for my car to function safely. He documented the repair with several pictures of the damaged parts. I did not once feel like he was trying to upsell me. In fact, he made sure that I took my time in deciding on which pieces to fix and told me that many of the leaks were incidentally found and would not need immediate repair. The long and short of it is that I will never go to another location for any of my Jeep care, routine or otherwise! After driving the car for the last week, it feels like new (with 106000 miles on it and 7 years old). I will always ask for Ty Ramsey when I call! I will never hesitate to recommend Ty Ramsey and this Crown Chrysler Jeep Dealership for auto care and costumer service to family or friends!
