I had a problem with my Jeep Air Conditioner not working. I needed quick service because the outside temperature was 90+degrees. I scheduled this appointment online on a wait basis and they got me right in I needed quick service because the outside temperature was 90+degrees. I scheduled this appointment online on a wait basis and they got me right in to have this checked out. Tyler Ramsey was my assigned service advisor. He stayed in contact with me every step of the way letting me know the status of the repair. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to help. When I need service I certainly will return to this dealership and ask for Tyler Ramsey. It's nice to have someone you can count on should your vehicle develop an unexpected problem. I take my Pacifica hybrid van, to this dealer for routine maintenance. I like that I can schedule an appointment online. I am having trouble adding gas to the gas tank.
