Chris, Thank you for your review but we don’t feel it was deserved for many reasons. Although we understand your frustration as vehicle deliveries and overall supply is an issue with the chip shortages. This situation is common knowledge and a frequent topic in the news, we too are frustrated but have tried on many fronts to be helpful within our control. The main issue is the delayed production of the 2021 Jeep Cherokee High Altitude that you ordered 02-27. At the time of your order we explained the details of your estimated delivery process and you understood that was just an estimate given the challenges I had outlined. Throughout the period of your order Billy Ra Pruitt, your salesperson, kept in touch with updates of your build. In late April we discussed the return of your company vehicle, you then told us you would need a loaner vehicle until the delivery of your ordered Jeep. We did explain the policy on loaner vehicles and again a supply issue with many customers needing alternate transportation in service etc. We offered to assist by paying $250 towards the rental cost from Enterprise, but you suggested we pay 100% of the cost. We then attempted to go a different route and located a vehicle similar to the vehicle you ordered and went over the options it had. When the other dealerships refused to trade it to us I provided the dealership information and location and offered to refund your deposit if you wanted to go purchase it from that dealer. Again, per our discussions, you understood at the time of order that the Cherokee arrival was out of our control. However, you still feel we should provide a vehicle for effectively 4 or more months, which we cannot do. Unfortunately the ship date has been pushed back yet again and now has an estimated ship date of 07/14/21. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, we know it’s frustrating but it is also not within our control as you know. Best, Darius Skinner Sales Manager

Darius, I appreciate that you responded to my dealer rating, but there are multiple incorrect statements in your reply, which I find extremely disappointing. I am fully aware of what your dealership had control of and did not have control of in terms of the car I ordered. My frustration is solely about what you did have control of. i.e. the cost of a rental vehicle that you yourself promised to me and then went back on and the lack of follow up that I experienced throughout this ordeal. Although I wish you well moving forward, I can assure you that I will never return to your dealership and I will share my opinion about it with anyone who asks. Respectively, Chris
