Even though I did end up purchasing a vehicle (that I like), I've never had a more frustrating experience with a car dealership than I had here. My salesperson was nice, however I had a hard time gettin like), I've never had a more frustrating experience with a car dealership than I had here. My salesperson was nice, however I had a hard time getting questions answered, and there seemed to be a lot of miscommincation throughout the process. I don't blame my salesperson; I blame the dealership. First, I was told that I could get in and out since I was doing a cash deal - in and out became 3 plus hours, and I still had to come back the following day to finish up a few things. If that had been it, I still would have given the dealership a good rating. However, when I returned to finish things up, my car was supposed to be all clean, detailed, and ready to go. I left it there for 24 hours for that specific reason. Instead, it hadn't been cleaned. And the most frustrating part was that each person I talked to (sales person, service, manager) either shifted the blame or tried to tell me that it had in fact been cleaned. There were a few other hiccups as well. Without getting into all of the details, if I hadn't been skeptical and questioned the dealership on one thing, I would have ended up paying for something that they hadn't done. They are reimbursing me for that cost. I've actually changed this part of my review a couple of times. I was very disappointed originally with how everything was handled. However, after the above occurred, the dealership, particularly James Stith (who wasn't even my sales person), went out of their way to try to make things right. In addition, I truly like the car that I purchased. So in the end, as frustrating as this process was at times, it's at least "ok" now. More

We purchased a 2010 Jeep Wranger Sahara Unlimited from Craig Gowitzka in September 2010. Crown did not have it in stock, but Craig did some searching and was able to locate one in Cincinnati. During the 4 weeks Craig would either email us, or call us to give us an update on the search. I have been in sales for 14 years and I have a good idea of what good customer service looks like. Craig has gone out of his way to make sure that not only our buying experience was awesome, but that owning a Jeep is even better. There had been 2 recalls on our Jeep and we found out about them first from Craig. We bought the dual top and I had some reservations on putting the soft top on myself. I emailed Craig and he gave me the days he was working and to just stop by and he would help me. A week later I came in for an oil change and when I pulled around he was waiting for me to help put the soft top on. My wife and I are just as excited with our Jeep purchase today as we were in September, mainly because of the great customer service that Craig gave and continues to give us. I had been looking for a "newer" used vehicle for several months so already knew the type vehicle, price range and mileage I was interested in purchasing. He was very professional, no pressure, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable. He worked with me to give me a good price on my trade in as well as to secure financing for the Jeep Commander that I selected. He completed all the paperwork, did not make me feel rushed, explained everything to me as we worked through the process and was very thorough. I purchased a Chrysler Crossfire from Crown Chrysler. I met with James Moore at 2pm and finalized buying my Crossfire at 9pm. James was very friendly and worked with us to lower the monthly payment. This was my first Jeep/SUV purchase, and while I sort of had an idea of what I wanted, James sat down with me and listened to exactly what I was considering. As I wasn't ready to make any decisions that day, James was very respectful and gave me some time to talk it over, and let me know he was available for any questions I would have. After giving me a few days to think about it, James got in touch with me to see if I had made any decisions. When I told him what I decided on, he quickly found a vehicle that matched everything I was looking for! James was extremely easy to contact, and very prompt when responding. When I decided to purchase, he was quick to work around my schedule and made sure I got everything that was wanted in the time period I was given. This was a great car buying experience, and I would highly recommend them! More
