I went looking for a pickup truck. I called every dealer in Columbus Ohio and got the same answer from all but one. And he did, within 3 days it was in my driveway. Very friendly crew at Crown, they all came around and introduced themselves and asked if we had questions or if they could help in any way. I was, by circumstance, forced into a purchase of a car when my 1994 Dodge Shadow (purchased new 18 years ago) became much more trouble than it was worth. I came to Crown based on their reputation and the fact that I had spied a couple of used vehicles I was leaning toward (from researching online). Despite the fact that I was unable to put any money down and could not quite afford to get into a brand new car, I was not laughed off the lot or scoffed at in any way. My sales rep, Austin, treated me very courteously and professionally, but above all, treated me like a person instead of like "just another sale". He was very friendly and seemed to know exactly what my situation had become, and despite the entire process taking well over 3 hours on a Saturday morning, the time seemed to fly as Austin always stayed engaged in coversation. Talking about not only cars, but life amd love and everything that goes along with it. It was like having a beer with a buddy I'd known for years. And when it came time to ink the deal, Nick was also extremely friendly and courteous, treating me with the same professionalism yet keeping conversation light like we were friends shooting the breeze. All in all it was one of the best experiences I have had, on or off a car lot. I got a very nice 2004 Chrysler 300M (yes, one of the two I had been eyeing from the start) at a price that fit right into my budget. I would recommend the Crown family to ANYONE looking for a new or used vehicle, and am actually looking forward to bringing my car in for its first oil change, because I am sure the service department will maintain the high level as sales and finance. Kudos to Austin, Nick, Jeff and the entire staff at Crown for being top-notch in all aspects of the business! More

My vehicle broke down close to crown. I ran over something in the road and the tire went flat. I drive a Toyota. I was unsure what to do. Damon assisted me, going out of his way to getting the vehicle to the shop and repairing the tire. I was blown away by how nice the staff was. I was prepared to be turned away because it was a Toyota and I didn't buy it there. Damonmade me feel at ease. The whole process was rather simple.
