Upon approval by ISG, Neil and I sat down to find a new 2015 vehicle with the options that I wanted. After searching we could not come up with one that suited my needs. Neil then offered to order a 2016 year model for me with the options that I was looking for. Neal's communication was vital to get this process moving forward.
