He was helpful and very knowledgeable. being my first brand new car ever i didn't want to compromise and wanted to get exactly what i wanted with all the fun features, and Craig said no worries we can order it right from the factory built how you like it...just takes 6-8 weeks. well low and behold it only took 3 and a half weeks and i couldn't be happier! I love my new car, and being an IT guy its kind of fun having a car that i can put to work some fun features for me :) was a simple stress free car purchase and surprisingly got the car well ahead of the anticipated schedule which makes it all that much better :) highly recommend these guys for your next car purchase! More

Wonderful car buying experience w/ Pat Perry. I recently went into Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge just to get an idea of what type of car I wanted. I was then introduced to one of the employees, Pat I recently went into Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge just to get an idea of what type of car I wanted. I was then introduced to one of the employees, Pat Perry who took about 3 hours out of his day, which he could of been using with other customers, to go through the lot with me, answering all my questions I had and going through all the payment options for a person like me. He was very patient, treated me with special care and attention and at no point did he pressure me into making a purchase, even thought we had already taken up so much of his time. Thankfully though, he was able to find the perfect car for me (2016 Jeep Patriot) and even after the purchase, he continued to follow up with me on the status of my car. I had such a wonderful car buying experience at this dealership and with Pat Perry and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a Jeep. More
