He is highly knowledgeable of the service my vehicles have required, and is always willing to assist with my other questions and information I have sought. Hans was professional, polite, not a pushy high pressure experience at all. I do sales for a living and have for the past 20 years, I hate when I deal with a sales person who wont just let me buy what I'm looking for and they try to push something or wont just let me make my selection. Hans dealt with me the way I'd prefer in the car buying process. I assume most everyone else would appreciate a similar buying experience. In finance I dealt with Shawn who also made that process comfortable, and he even made an effort to be quick and efficient while still being informative and professional to get me on the road with my new vehicle. I had been in the car buying process for a few months and came across other vehicles that I liked but to be honest I didn't want to buy them because of my experience with the sales rep and the sales manager at 2 other local dealers which I wont name. If you are looking for a new vehicle in their product lines I would be very comfortable to recommend Hans to friends or family. More
