Really great experience in car buying! We visited Crown last week. This is the 3rd vehicle purchased through the Crown family of dealerships. We did our homework and compared competitive brands, repurchase of our trade-in and comparable purchases at other dealerships. We circled back with Frank--as we said we would--and he was able to make it happen. He was appreciative we didn't just take our "deal" from him and run, but we would come back to him and do business. We not only would highly recommend him, Dan and the dealership--we would buy from him again and plan to do so in the future. He is a class act and a privilege to do business with in this day and age. Number 1 in my book for the Best Dealer around Columbus My husband and I have shopped around Columbus for years, for a good dealer ship. And we have finely found one. We first went to Ricart on South Hamilton and we felt like all we were just a number, and another place was Performance Dodge off of Georgesville Road. When My Husband and I went to Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge we were greeted with the most friendliest sales person, that we have ever been around, his name was Jeff Ashbroook. Jeff treated us with the up most kindness and respect, He listened to what we were interested in and what price range, we wanted to work with. Jeff never gave up and he came really close to what we were able to afford, he made it happened. The other places that we went to just didn't seem to want to do or go the extra mile for us.
