Strike 2.....Will never buy a car from this group again! My "fun" car is turning into a customer service nightmare! First time for new car "stuff" left it there for 2 weeks and still not done. Spoke to Sales My "fun" car is turning into a customer service nightmare! First time for new car "stuff" left it there for 2 weeks and still not done. Spoke to Sales Manager who assured me it wouldn't happen again. He even offered to fill car with gas next service trip without being asked. So second service this time to finish original job and an oil change.....oil changed and charged for it but their original service obligation NOT DONE AGAIN. No call from anyone letting us know it wasn't done and surprise, surprise no gas that was offered to soothe the earlier wounds. So much for fun.....never again! Stay clear! More
