Routine Maintenance @ Crown Chrysler Jeep - 5 Stars I've purchased my last two Jeep vehicles at Crown Chrysler Jeep and have gone nowhere else for all my service work. The reasons are quality and depend I've purchased my last two Jeep vehicles at Crown Chrysler Jeep and have gone nowhere else for all my service work. The reasons are quality and dependability - and also the Service Agent I always work with - Ty Ramsey. Ty is always honest and takes the time to explain to me what's been done with my vehicles as well as alerting and talking with me about upcoming recommended service options. Ty doesn't try to sell me what doesn't need to be done. He was also extremely helpful with my earlier Jeep Liberty whose OEM trailer hitch was damaged in a rear-end collision and required replacement. Ty answered all my questions and provided his recommendations as I coordinated the repair work done by an independent repair shop. Keep up the great work Ty, and kudos to the Crown Chrysler Jeep dealership team as a whole. More

I love that you can make an appt for an oil change, which my other dealership would not do, so it was first come, first serve and at least 2 hours! I am in and out of Crown in about 45 mins.
