Every time I have an issue with my vehicle the personnel there make it a little less painful. This particular visit Mr. Joshua Ward assisted me in getting my vehicle in and out with no hassle. Awesome experience! Highly recommended! Go see Pat Perry! I want to start out by saying that I did not end up buying a vehicle here, but it was not by any fault of the dealer or manufacturer. I ended up sticking with my original plan to lease a new Ford truck rather than going the SUV route. Overall I was very impressed with the dealership and Pat specifically. Had I not been able to make the deal work with the Ford, without a doubt I would've went with Crown and Pat for the Durango. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received, and was a little sad about having to tell him that I went another direction! Details; My wife and I drove onto the lot and looked at the vehicle we were interested in before going inside to find a sales person. Once satisfied with what we wanted to look at we went inside. Once inside after a minute or two of tire kicking, Pat walked up and introduced himself as Pat Perry. We then told him our situation with our current least and asked about a new Dodge Durango. Pat was super nice and easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable while not being pushy. I am the type of guy to ask random questions about things that most people wouldn't think about or know the answers to, but Pat was able to answer every question I had. It was late in the afternoon so we agreed to not talk pricing that night and he said he would follow up the following day. The following day rolled around and he contacted me in the afternoon stating that they had been super busy and wasn't able to get the numbers together, and that he was sorry that he was unable to do so. This was surprising because in the past most sales people wouldn't have even bothered calling, they would just wait until either I called them or just send the information later than promised. So this was all pretty impressive to me. He ended up getting the numbers a bit later that same day, and contacted me a few days later to follow up, which we had agreed to. At that point sinc wmy lease period was not up we decided to talk in a few weeks and he was prompt about doing so! Crown's web site listed the details about their vehicles including mileage, price, VIN, options, etc. It was almost too much information to be honest, but it helped me zero in on a specific vehicle. I inquired about that specific vehicle and VIN when I contacted the dealership and they still had it in stock. Lewis Ash called me the next morning and we set an appointment. I knew what I wanted and just needed to verify in person and do the paperwork. It was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I was there less than 3 hours including initial inspection, test drive, trade in, paperwork, and financing. Lewis Ash was a pleasure to work with. More

Beyond excellent. While traveling across the country, our air conditioner on our Jeep Cherokee suddenly quit. We called for an appointment at this dealership for the ne While traveling across the country, our air conditioner on our Jeep Cherokee suddenly quit. We called for an appointment at this dealership for the next morning. That evening the A/C started working. I was sure they would not be able to help us when the problem had gone away. I kept the appointment and met Mark Nelson. He listened to all I had to tell him about the problem and how it has now started functioning properly. I told him that we would leave the car with him and hope that he had a wizard who could figure out what was going wrong. In just a few hours he had called us back they had run many tests and had found out what the problem was. They had to order a special part and no one in town has it and they would have to order it overnight and be able to install it in the morning first thing. He insured me he would be able to get us on the road again by 10 AM. The part came in as promised the work was done as promised and I was leaving the dealership at 9:30. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the ability that they had to diagnose what the problem actually was and are now on the road and our Air conditioner is working better than ever. More
