Nothing but great things to say I bought my truck in North Carolina and recently moved back to Ohio. Almost as soon as I moved back, I had a fuel pump problem and had to choose a dealer to work with. I'm so glad I chose Crown. I worked with Mark Nelson as my service writer. He treated me with respect and efficiency from the moment I walked in the door. The repair went smoothly and was covered under warranty. I dropped my truck off the night before, although my appointment was for the next day at 2:30. At 2:00 they called me and told me it was ready to be picked up. As a single woman with one vehicle, I also REALLY appreciated the shuttle service. Crown is definitely my dealership of choice at this point, based solely on the service team. More

An indecisive buyer who left happy After a few months of looking and not being sure what I wanted for my next vehicle, I decided to try out a Cherokee. I started the process through my employer's TrueCar site. There were a few dealerships that reached out to me and I honestly selected Crown because it was close to where I work. I'm glad that I did, because Dan Pierce was incredibly helpful for me. When I gave Dan an idea of what I was looking for, he initially found a vehicle that had what I asked for with a few additional features that I hadn't planned on. I decided that wasn't the vehicle for me. He went back on the hunt and found one that matched what I had asked him for. When we were finalizing the deal the available incentives were better than I anticipated, so I ended up changing my mind again. I asked Dan if he would be able to get the Cherokee I had previously declined, as long as it was still available. The next day Dan worked out a trade with the dealership out of state. It took an extra day to get the Cherokee than we expected, but not due to a lack of effort on his part. Even though I was indecisive Dan went above and beyond to get me what I asked for. Not only was Dan a good salesman to work with, he provided great conversation, too! More

Bought a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Pat Perry sat down with us and did not press us to buy a car.
