Customer Service Brittaney was my service manager on last Friday when I went to Crown Chrysler to get an oil change. The person who gave me the original appointment had sent me to the wrong dealership to Kia when I needed to be at the Chrysler products. Don Meyncke contacted me within a few hours my inquiry and he and GM James Wi I had a tremendous experience working with the team at Crown Alfa Romeo. Don Meyncke contacted me within a few hours my inquiry and he and GM James Williamson took care of me, and continue to look out for me whenever I have questions or need to come in for a service. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and listened to what my wife and I wanted and needed. Perhaps most importantly, their price on my new 2018 Giulia and trade offer on my Volvo easily beat dealers in Cleveland and Cincy. Once it was time for the paperwork, finance guy, Joe Melfe was easy to work with and helped me to understand the documents I was signing.
