I recently purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty with the sky slider. The vehicle is amazing along with the service I got from Crown Cars. Kirstin went out of her way from start to finish to help us with this significant purchase. Starting with driving the vehicle we were considering to our house for us to try out, to staying until past closi us with this significant purchase. I originally went to another dealer to look at the Nitro and ended up at Crown because Kadi Cika contacted me regarding an email request sent through the website. The one thing that truly sold me was her de and ended up at Crown because Kadi Cika contacted me regarding an email request sent through the website. The one thing that truly sold me was her demonstration of the features and benefits of the Nitro. She went out of her way to make my experience a pleasant one, with no high pressure tactics. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I worked with her sales manager, Neal, as well and was very pleased with his attitude and helpfulness. It was obvious that Crown offers what many businesses are lacking, and that is customer service. The day I purchased my Nitro I also ordered an accessory which was promptly delivered. I bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo in November of 2009 to replace my 1993 Jeep. My first car purchase on my own! I told Kirstin what I wanted, she found a few different vehicles that fit my request 2009 to replace my 1993 Jeep. My first car purchase on my own! I told Kirstin what I wanted, she found a few different vehicles that fit my requests, I came to the dealership to test drive the Jeeps and I found one I loved! I came in the next day to finalize the paperwork and trade-in the 1993 Jeep. I couldn't believe how quick and easy the whole process ended up being (thanks to Kristin for walking me through the process and answering all of my questions). And I was thrilled they gave me money for my trade-in! I definitely recommend visiting Crown! More

In 2009 I purchased a used mustang from these guys, all the way from Michigan. I was extreemly leery about purchasing out of state, but they went to decent lengths to make it easy and simple for me, includ the way from Michigan.
