I was looking for a larger suv than my Chevrolet Tracker, one that whould be big and comfortable enough to transport me, my spouse, and my dog hundreds of miles. I'm glad I went to Crown that day because I met the nicest sales people I have ever delt with. The one thing that truly sold me was her demonstration of the features and benefits of the Nitro. She went out of her way to make my experience a pleasant one, with no high pressure tactics. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I worked with her sales manager, Neal, as well and was very pleased with his attitude and helpfulness. It was obvious that Crown offers what many businesses are lacking, and that is customer service. The day I purchased my Nitro I also ordered an accessory which was promptly delivered.
