I asked about any incentives that Chrysler was offering and Jason advised me of a "customer cash allowance" and I indicated that I had a certificate for "loyalty" cash allowance. He advised me that I could use both. They gave me a good trade in value for my van and a good price for the new van. They actually then came up with an additional incentive that I qualified for. My experience was very good, they were very professional and up front with me. I picked up my new van the next day. I will buy my next van from this dealership. More
