I asked about any incentives that Chrysler was offering and Jason advised me of a "customer cash allowance" and I indicated that I had a certificate for "loyalty" cash allowance. He advised me that I could use both. They gave me a good trade in value for my van and a good price for the new van. They actually then came up with an additional incentive that I qualified for.
