The dealership was very nice to work with. I have been searching for a car for a few weeks and have visited a few different dealerships. James was the first person that did not pressure me and make me feel bad about not buying the car on the first visit. I told him that I would have to come back in a few days with my family and he was very open and accepted that with no pressure. I also informed him that I would be looking at a few other cars the next day. James contacted me 2 days later to see how my search was going and to inform me that the car that I was interested in was still available. No other dealership I have ever been to was so polite and understanding of my requests. I had set up an appointment to see James again about the car in a few days and the day before the appointment he contacted me to confirm our appointment and to inform me that the car was still available. When I came in for my second appointment James was very helpful and again he did not pressure me or try convince me to do anything. When it came to negotiations on the price of the car he was very helpful and understanding of my financial situation. He worked very hard to meet my requests, and in the end I am very satisfied with the dealership and especially James. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new car. 2 thumbs up! More
