Jason is a super salesman, no pressure at all. I am a return customer. Neal Linkhorn is a great manager. When I recently came in to purchase my new Compass I went right to Jason. There wasn't much of what everyone calls the dickering on price I came in knowing what I wanted to spend and what I wanted for the Wrangler trade. Jason let me test drive the vehicles by myself, and all was said and done I was happy. My real reason for this review happened over the weekend. My new Compass stopped running on Sunday at 4pm. I was able to get it going again but was afraid to turn it off. I called Neal and told him the situation, not only did he let me bring it in but he gave one of the new vehicles to drive overnight. Now that's what I customer service!! Mark Nelson in service took care of me Monday morning. This is a great dealership from the sales to the service and it's events like this that keep me coming back and sending them business whenever I can. Thanks guys!!! More

Overall experience was good. Frank was very friendly and personable as I felt he was interested in getting to know me and what I was looking for.
