Was looking for a new car and seen the car on craigslist.. Came into test drive it loved it and bought it.. Great experience here. Erik is a seasoned, knowledgeable low-pressure salesman who was able to answer all of my questions and certainly made me feel comfortable in my buying experience; no pushing but not i low-pressure salesman who was able to answer all of my questions and certainly made me feel comfortable in my buying experience; no pushing but not inattentive either. When it came time to talk dollars we made a great deal and that definitely made me a happy buyer. The dealership was awesome in general - everyone from the sales manager to the man who processed the loans (truly I don't know what they are called -- financiers?) were nice, helpful and professional. They helped me get a great deal on the car I really wanted. If you're interested in a fiat -- or even if you're not, go here. One of the biggest surprises for me (maybe more to do with the car than the dealership) was the amount of space inside the car in the front two seats. I replaced my Mazda6 and didn't really sacrifice anything in terms of space in the front. The back seat, well, my I was able to cram two tiny (5'3" or so) girls in the back, but they were basically sitting facing each other. There is essentially no leg room in the back at all. More

I had such a positive experience buying my first new car working with Jason, Neil, and Nick of Crown Jeep in Dublin, Ohio! I visited the dealership to look at a car I was interested in (2013 Jeep Patriot) working with Jason, Neil, and Nick of Crown Jeep in Dublin, Ohio! I visited the dealership to look at a car I was interested in (2013 Jeep Patriot) and less than two minutes later Jason came out and asked me if I wanted to test drive it. After agreeing to take it for a spin, I instantly fell in love with this car. Jason worked with me for 3 hours that night trying to get me the best possible price and going out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with everything my vehicle had to offer. Neal, the sales manager, came over and introduced himself to me and made me feel right at home. I really appreciate how enjoyable and pressure-free they made this experience for me and I could not ask for a better sales team. The next night Nick, the finance manager, had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and walked me through every detail. Mark Nelson has always done an excellent of handling my service needs. Recently, I lost my Mom and needed my car in order to get to the funeral home but I had a flat tire. I called Mark and he was able to service needs. Recently, I lost my Mom and needed my car in order to get to the funeral home but I had a flat tire. I called Mark and he was able to get my tire fixed just before closing time on that day. I have a Jeep 2006 Comander which I purchased from Crown so I have been working with Mark for a numbers of years. Always very pleasant as well as being very thorough and detailed when explaining my service needs as well as cost. I would rate him an "execellent" if I were conducting his performance review...
