My wife and I made an appointment with Erik Dashnaw to look at the new Fiat 500s. He greeted us at the door and showed us features of the different models. He set us up for a test drive with a 5-speed look at the new Fiat 500s. He greeted us at the door and showed us features of the different models. He set us up for a test drive with a 5-speed model that we were interested in and let us take our time evaluating it. We told him what options we were interested in and he gave us choice of the cars that met our criteria. We select one and had a very easy negotiation for the final price. Erik then got our car off of the showroom floor and ready for delivery while my wife and I met with Jonathan Lyle-Purdy to work out the financing. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and through. He found us a great financing rate and all the possible discounts that we could qualify for. By the time we finished the paperwork with Jonathan, Erik had the car prepped and ready to go. We hopped in and drove home in our brand new Fiat 500. The whole experience was very friendly and comfortable. More

Doug was a wonderful very helpful salesman. I've had very poor experiences in the past, and he was the total opposite. He did not pressure us, was so helpful and friendly. Upon entry to the dealership, we were pleasantly greeted by Tim, with a "non-threatening" offer to assist. As my wife and I looked at cars, he was available to answer questions, simply following our lead to by Tim, with a "non-threatening" offer to assist. As my wife and I looked at cars, he was available to answer questions, simply following our lead to discuss buying options. At the end of our evening...nearly 90 minutes after closing...we purchased a new car. Not only was Tim by our side the whole way, the finance manager and general manager were supportive and available. In a world typically absent of customer service, Tim and the Crown Fiat team have been a breath of fresh air. The car buying experience became fun again. More

I had my Jeep towed to the dealership today. They got it in and fixed in the same day!!! Mark and his team were very focused on making sure my vehicle was fixed correctly the first time and that I was happ in and fixed in the same day!!! Mark and his team were very focused on making sure my vehicle was fixed correctly the first time and that I was happy with my service (which I was so satisfied that they are now my go to dealership). I had taken my vehicle to another dealer, closer to my home, a couple of weeks ago for service and now wish I would have contacted Mark and his team first since that dealership was the cause of my need for a visit today. I will definitly be back the next time I need my Jeep serviced!! More

These guys are very professional. I would not have expected to have received the quality of service and time and knowledge shared from such a you group of salesmen but I did and I am vey pleased! The car I bought needed new tires and without hesitation they offered to sweeten the deal with a set of new tires! You don't see service like that anymore. You can be sure I will be back for regular service and for future vehicles. The interior of the car had a small blemish and they offered to fix that as well. They ordered the car to be detailed and have the finished complex buffed out of all small dings and paint imperfections. They really know how to take care of a used car deal and a customer. They worked to keep my future business before trying to make a sale. Classy place to do business, thanks Crown of Dublin, Ohio! More
