We were extremely pleased with our sales consultant, Ron Martin. He worked very hard to find the exact vehicle we wanted, which entailed buying it from a dealer in another state. I was prepared to purchase a car in August; however, Ron negotiated a great price so we bought the car right away. Our experience was outstanding except for one area: waiting for the finance employee to complete the paperwork. Ron called me on a Sunday at about 1:00 and stated the car was in and ready for delivery. I advised him I would be in just after 2:00. I arrived at about 2:07 and waited more than an hour and a half. I was thinking that buying a car should not include sitting in the waiting area for so long. I went back to Ron to voice my displeasure. I was immediately met by Ron and a Chrysler reprensentative who both told me that they would do whatever was necessary to "make it right." That was outstanding service by committed employees. I appreciated their attitude and told them I didn't need anything other than to pay them. Fortunately, they advised me that the finance person was then available and the paperwork was completed quickly. The vehicle is excellent; the sales consultant is excellent; the dealership has always been terrific to me. The only area that could use some improvement is that finance office. Thank you. Because of some health issues, we are limited on styles of vehicles and he was very much in tune with that problem. He gave us some options in our price range that he felt might work for us. During this time with him, we never felt pressured to purchase a car. He went out of his way to respect our financial situation and still find something we would be happy to own.
