A few months ago my wife was shopping for a new wrangler. We went to a few dealers before landing at Crown. Not only was the staff very friendly, but they knew more about the product than any of the other We went to a few dealers before landing at Crown. Not only was the staff very friendly, but they knew more about the product than any of the other sales associates we worked with. Crown iced the cake by finding us the perfect wrangler at another dealer and bringing it in. 7 months later, I started to regret my purchase of a Hyundai so went to to Crown and they got me into a new liberty at an amazing price! They even negotiated with the bank to get me GAP insurance for free! Fantastic dealership! if you need a new car, don't hesitate to go talk to James Moore! More

Lew was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me determine which vehicle was best for my situation. The process was stress free and there was no pressure. Our experience at Crown Fiat was incredible - and Erik was a huge part of that. From the moment we got on the lot, he showed us exactly what we had come there to see. After the test drive, we knew that we was a huge part of that. From the moment we got on the lot, he showed us exactly what we had come there to see. After the test drive, we knew that we wanted it and he started the process quickly and efficiently. We spent over five hours at the dealership and everyone was very kind to us and Erik was a huge part of that - following up and letting us know how everything was going. We now have purchased our first car on our own, a 2011 Ford Fiesta and could not be happier. The process took awhile, but we know that was not his fault. We were very pleased with the dealership and Erik and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again! The price was very slightly above KBB, but after all that the dealership did for us - we can't complain. More

Ty has always been a pleasure to work with in the serivce department, he is extremely knowledgeable,friendly and communicates very well. On my recent visit to the service deptartment there were two things th department, he is extremely knowledgeable,friendly and communicates very well. On my recent visit to the service deptartment there were two things that had to be taken care of and he explained exaclty what needed to be replaced and when the parts would be avalaible. He has also been very helpful getting information for me on pricing for accessories that are avaliable for my 2013 Dodge Ram. I would highly recommend him!!! More
