The only small glitch, which had nothing to do with Frank, was the fact that due to the Holiday, there was only one financial individual working which made the wait time for finance a little longer than we would have liked (an hour and a half). The financial individual also was not to blame because he was very nice and worked quickly to meet our needs.Just too many customers for one financial individual to handle alone in a timely manner, The reason we purchased the vehicle and rated them so highly was because the overall experience was excellent and the price was very good. He listened to our requirements and attempted to fulfill them. We started our search with the newest loaded trucks that were much too pricey. We changed approach and contemplated a used vehicle that contained comparable options. With Everett's research, we dismissed that option and he was able to find a new car that fit our most basic requirements. Reacting to our requests for more options, Everett walked us through the build process where we concluded that the price became an issue again. My wife and I decided on the new truck with the modest features and I went home happy. It was late in the day and Everett showed great teamwork by grabbing a rag to help the detailers get the truck in shape while I dealt with the finances.
